Not to split hairs but, there is no ASA 102. Here is the list of standards from ASA. I thought it was odd when I started almost 2 years ago but, I guess they had no reason for one.... Anyway, as I said, don't mean to be persnickity. Just trying to be clear. I think 101, 103, 104, and 105 are good for a base. 105 is particularly important in my mind. Coastal Navigation, nice to know where you are going and how to get there. FWIW, my 2 cents.
