Primvent 21 - Info Please

I am desperatly trying to find any info on a Primvent 21. As far as I am aware it was designed by Phillipe Harle and is very similiar in external looks to the Jeanneau Sangria, also designed by Phillipe Harle.
Does anyone have any info on this boat, Please help.
