Help: Nauticat 33

Just flew from portland or. To texas to look at nauticat 33 conventional pilot house good hull and mechanics, electronics junk, cosmetictly poor, ANYONE have idea of what its worth other than whatever im willing to spend. It's a 1984.

THere were two listed at the Seattle dealer, one for 99K - sold, another for 124K unsold as of yet. Not sure of the how good either was or not.........

But getting the one in seattle would be cheaper to Portland via I5 than Tx up to here. Then again, 10K in shipping for a highside estimate, if you could get that one for 75-10K, you got a deal maybe........

I'll point out, the fising of the boat you just looked at could go as high as 40-50K depending upon what you want in a boat. so the seattle one could be a better deal if it is in a LOT better shape.

If you could screw a deal for under $100K then Seattle boat looks nice. Depends on the guy's budget I guess. While not the raciest of sailors that would be a lovely cruiser for $90K.

The Texan one scres me. Teak decks, exposed screw heads .... tremble ... that needs more than caulking I'd guess.
