Try "Singles on Sailboats." It's in the Annapolis area. We have friends who belong and they're a fun group. It's worth a shot.

It would be more enjoyable if you had a few mil in the bank as well. Gonna wait for that to happen? You're more likely to find someone while cruising, than finding someone who wants to cruise when you aren't already cruising.
