Navigation aids?

Can somebody tell me if the Longitude & Latitude of Navigation Buoys are listed someplace? I’m planning a little sailing along the Texas Intracoastal Waterway and want to pull a few of the buoy locations to enter into my Garmin (eTrex) as way-points. The area I’ll be sailing is the Aransas Bay (Carlos Bay to Redfish Bay - chart 11314).

The light list should have that information. Current Light Lists

BTW - using the lat and long of buoys and lights is not really a great idea. Pick spot near the light in safe water. Or use the entrances to channels.
