Question on Selling my Sailboat

I have a 1971 Catalina 27 that I need to sell as I am recently divorced and I am afraid it is too much to handle on my own. Can anyone give me an honest fair opinion of what price I can ask for it? I have looked online and comparable boats go from 3-10,000K but given all the work and new things on it I dont have any idea
My ex did a ton of work on it including overhauling the mast and replacing the sail; Here is a breakdown of work done: she has not sailed at all since all this work was done so it all is brand new.

- replaced all standing rigging
- new furling gear and 110% genoa from North Sail
- replaced all sheets and halyards, ran halyards internally in mast.
- new mast step and head and sheaves
- new mast wiring
- added spreader lights
- insulated ice box
- plumbed icebox
- rebuilt carburetor on outboard
- rewired running lights
- replaced all mast lighting
- replaced furling deck hardware
- replaced boom end and topping lift
- reran sheets to the cockpit with a pair of turn blocks and clutches

Thank you,

Yes a lot of work, but that only prevents this 40 year old boat from being worthless. Assuming there are no major structural issues, my best guess would be around $5000.

As nice as all the new stuff is and it does add value X to the boat it will most likely make it relatively easy sell compared to a boat with systems that are past there useful life and you will take a big hit on the cash valve of the upgrades

As someone who owns a 40 year old boat its still a 40 year old boat and most likely has a hidden wart or two

Due to the cost of moving a boat IMHP the value will be set by the boats for sale in the local area and that's is how the survey set the value on my boat when it was done

If a dirty bottom slows you down what do you think it does to your boat
