I like to walk the docks in my marina to see other people's boats, how they're tied up, configured, meet the neighbors, etc.....it's a shame how many boats look to be forgotten. I'd say it's an easy 60% of the whole place....registrations that are years out of date, rotted out rigging, very dirty.....and a few which rock alot slower than the others (we know what that means)......sad to see what could be some very nice and expensive boats.....

Same situation at our marina. Exactly the same. I know a couple of active sailors who have been running without tags for years, and never seem to get caught.

Joe it post like yours that make me want to quit my method of researching / searching for a good boat , and just go trolling the marina's and trying to find harbormasters to talk to!

it's getting late in the year allready !
