LOL, I was just about to post a reference back to my original question of "What is it?" As far as type, model etc.. I'm sure this particular style and size has a name

P.S. Just found a free boat trailer too.. This part I can say for myself is a good find. I have experience in building and restoring trailers. Lights and tires and it's good to go.. Might just fix and sell!
