Dry Dock storage for a non trailer sailboat 43' in California

I am seriously thinking about long term dry dock my Beneteau 430, berthed in San Francisco right now.
in the bay, slip are about 10$/ft, we are moving to SoCal, slips seems to be at 20$/ft min and hard to find. i dont think i will be using the boat that much for the next year or so.
Anyone know the price of a dry dock storage mast up in California ? any good address ?
Thanks in advance.

Just a thought, but why not bring the boat up to the San Juans? Fly in and cruise over the summer, winter dry storage is cheap. The quality of the venue speaks for itself.

Channel Islands Harbor has a fair number of slips for 40 footers available. The rates are $12.00 to $15.00 a foot. Ventura Harbor also has some available slips. I don't know their rates.

Channel Islands is in Oxnard, about 40 miles north of Los Angeles.

with Dry Storage you save as well on maintenance ... but it is good to know there is affordable slips not too far away ...
San Juans ... next to Vancouver island ? i was thinking about Baja in Mexico to leave the boat i am sure the summer is great over there, still ....
