Plans for this classic boat?

Does anyone recognize the small rowing dory in the center of the photo? An Argentine naval carpenter who doesn’t speak English gave me this magazine photo to post on the forum in the hopes someone would be able to provide more information on this type of boat and, hopefully, how to get plans to build one. The photo is taken in Sweden if that helps. If anyone knows where he can get plans for this boat or one very similar, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Not sure by the photo quality, but Atkin has many plans still available.

You could also look up Paul Garthside's boats Gartside Boats | 14 ft Lapstrake Sailing Dinghy "Skylark", Design #107

The wineglass transom is something much desired in rowboats

Thanks Denise. I'll look over those 2 sites. The wineglass transom and short waterline are exactly what the Argentine carpenter likes about the design. He wants to build it in strip plank and epoxy.

Consider "glued lapstrake" over strip building.. it's quite beautiful and really not difficult to learn "spiling" when you do the strakes
