50 multiple choice questions. No practical, much easier than an ICC. With a quick review of system B you should have no problems.

Bilgewater is on a distinguished road
You will also need the VHF/DSC radio course to operate a radio on a Canadian vessel. I think that's a one day course if I recall correctly but I doubt you can take that online because there is some oral stuff involved.

Not an online test.

Contact the Canadian Power Squadrons who administer the tests.

Read the manual / get the accompanying CD. The GMDSS questions can be quite technical.
