I'm moving to middle Georgia, any recommendations where to sail?

We are getting transferred to the Dublin, Ga area for a while, & know nothing about the area. Any tips & recomendations on where to sail (preferably camping friendly) would be greatly appreciated!

several choices...

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lake Oconee, 90 miles near Greensboro, GA
Lake Thurmond, 98 miles near Augusta, GA
Tybee Island, Atlantic Ocean, 120 miles near Savannah, GA
Lake Oconee Sailing Club, 70 miles, near Milledgeville, GA

I have a Cal 30 at the Augusta Sailing Club on Lake Thurmond, great camping spots and 1,200 miles of shoreline, great for gunkholing. Come check us out sometime.

Good luck and fairwinds
