Cleaning internal passages in outboard motor
I replaced the impeller in my outboard, but it still has a weak pee stream. I'm thinking the innards probably have some scale since the motor is now 14 years old and doesn't get flushed between uses. I've heard of guys using vinegar, salt away and muriatic acid.
What works?
