I use this site to check if it is just me.

It does report that activecaptain.com is down.

I wonder if it is hosted on Amazon's cloud server. It went out yesterday and a number of well known sites were down. Maybe Jeff can let us know.

Another great reason to have the entire database offline on my Ipad, with the Charts and Tides app. I should check to see if it will update.
