Perhaps people do not realize that in the browser if they click the bottom of the little chat windows, they minimize.

Browser. At first I was thrilled with the Android app, but it's limitations bother me. Specifically, its home screen shows fewer recent threads and doesn't filter out off topic as recent. edit: That description is not quite accurate but it's not worth a bunch of verbiage to be detailed specific. The part about "annoyance" is right.
