Thursday spotted large tree floating and another equally large
just below the surface along with a lot of smaller debris off
Kings Point in western most LIS.
Today much less of the debris however again spotted
a tree.
Agree John...no night sailing for a while.
Hauled out for Hurricane as we are exposed, mooring right on the sound...hence bottom as smooth as...well a babies bottom!

Steppingstone marina?
Pretty exposed.
Don't ask me how I know that (DAMHIKT).

Yes, Steppingstone... you too CalebD
Wound up on the beach with Gloria in '85...think a heavy 44 fter,
which wound up 50' up the beach, parted the mooring lines...
did not want to take a chance and see lightning strike twice.

Seems brisk southern winds must have blown all debris
to north side of sound as all seemed clear this past weekend.

Just did 3 days at ARW, and did not see anything unusual. Maybe the junk from the rivers is still working it's way down.
