Cradle fit

I'm looking to buy a cradle for my Bristol 27. Any tips on how to specific the cradle dimentions need to be? Is it important that the pads land on bulkheads for example?

IMHP JOWI has the universal cradle down to a science

Its kind of funny because on Long Island cradles are petty much banned in favor of jack-stands

If a dirty bottom slows you down what do you think it does to your boat

I agree with tommays. A JOWI cradle is the way to go. Used them for years before my club switched to stands.

Really? I figured it would be easier to have the boat trucked to another location in the future with a cradle rather than stands. Does having a cradle even help make shipping easier (or less expensive)? If not maybe it would be simpler to just get stands.
