Cheoy Lee Bermuda 30

I am considering purchasing a 1966 Choey Lee Bermuda 30 Ketch with a
Yanmar 3 cylinder engine. I would like to know if anyone has anything
positive or negative to tell me about this boat. Anything would be helpful

I hope you bought her. We have a 1965 version of the same boat and love her. She's not as fast as some, and doesn't point as high as a sloop, but she's stable, dry, has a sail plan that is easinly manageable in all conditions, and can get into shallow coves that most boats of her size cannot. We are coastal sailors, but know folks who have done trasn-Atlantic voyages on the same model.
