WDS123 is on a distinguished road
Unlikely any of the 20-25 footers in your price range would have inboards. trailer sailboats were built to be simple easy boats to use and maintain = outboard.

Everyone's rec's are reasonable

My only comment is the Santana 2023 is possibly the best performing of the bunch.
