Having sailed without GPS, and driven vehicles with out it too...I'd manage. That said, I love my GPS and Chartplotter and would not gladly give them up.

I'm with Joe, and I don't think I would have any real issues more than I already do.

I figure there will be a fix sooner than later, anyways, but then again, I'm not really going to be affected that much because my poor C22 is on the hard for refitting.

Your mileage may vary...

LightSquared backer Philip Falcone told FoxNews.com all will be just fine. Simple fix.... like the physicist said "tin foils hats for your GPS".
Oh yeah - I'm convinced to trust this guy.......
The threat is not the system "going down". The issue is Falcone and his investors "taking it down" for profit.
