Captain License Learning Software

Has anyone used any of the software programs for teaching the rules and for preparing for the Captain exam. I am looking at Rules Master for $100. Right now I am in Honduras so whatever I use to study with will need to be downloaded. This one doesn't look like it goes over navigation and other things though.

have friends that did Mariners online (Six Pack Captain's License | OUPV Captains License | MarinersLearningSystem.com) and they loved it...a lot more than teaching to the test...but a bit pricier than the Master class you mentioned.

I wore out most of that program. Its quite good but also quite small. Now I am downloading a FREE trial version of RulesMaster FlashCards II. Hopefully it will help me to pass the exam
