New Racing position (Micro Jib Trimmer)

Pick up a new crew member for a few minutes.
Increased my speed .0001 knots.
Had to leave however.
Said something about a crew position in Mexico.

Wouldn't that technically count as an additional headsail, changing your PHRF rating?

And the thing about keeping the same number of crew throughout the race.

In really light air if I could get about 10,000 of them to co-operate I might be able to beat the fleet.
