Chicago to Mississippi River

In late October I am taking a Tartan 46 with a 7''9" draft from Chicago to Mobile, Alabama. We intend to travel on the Illinois River over the weekends then return to Chicago to work for a week. Problem is finding a marina on the Illinois to leave the boat that is both deep enough and won''t have removed their docks for the winter. Any suggestions?
