Boat haulers in Savannah, GA area

Does anyone have information on a sailboat hauler in the Savannah, Georgia area? We have a 6 ton, 35 foot Finnsailer motorsailer with full keel. We would like to have it hauled from our home to a boat ramp @ 5 miles away.

You might wanna check out uship.com its free and you post what you want to move and people will bid on the job. no affiliation, just might be worth looking into. Gotta ask.... how are you planning to load that 12k lbs? do you have a crane? Might want to consider the logistics of coordinating renting one when you do make an appt. with a hauler.

good luck,

Thanks Quin for the info. To answer your question: The last time we put in we had the tractor/trailer rig rig back under the boat. He raised the hydraulic lift/supports and picked up the boat. Just a piece of cake for him because he was a pro. We were then put in with a sling on a crane, sailed to Savannah and did the whole process in reverse with a different hauler.
