The bears two cents worth:
Wow! is right!! Quite a nice starter boat. Now get the classes and inspections done, wouldn't hurt to have a qualified rigger to go over her too though it might cost a bit. it Will be well worth the money and start you on the learning process. Start learning the people at the dock where you have her, there will be a world of knowledge there. Start slow and don't be afraid to ask for help or knowledge. Sailors are a gargreious bunch and will almost always be glad to share, particularly if afternoon or sunset spirits are involved. Welcome to the wonderful world of rag boats.

we had it surveyed and am signed up for lessons and classes my slip is on the "party dock" the man who sold it to me already started introducing me to a lot of the other guys
