Nonsuch 22 - Steering Issue

I am the proud owner of a Nonsuch 22'. I (she) has developed a strong pull to starboard when under power at approximately 1,500 rpm's and getting stronger at 2,000 rpm's, my cruising speed, when there is no wind. I have had my quadrant, my shaft alignment and my prop professionally checked and all seems to be okay but the problem still persists. Has anyone experienced a similar problem and what can be done about it. Any advice would be appreciated.

Have you contacted anyone in the owners' association? They have one of the best ones around. You could check with other N22 owners there.

Have fun, they are great little boats.

check your underwater paint. Starboard side might be dirty. This is caused by improper application, position of sun in the dock or other sea conditions.
