Good Used Boat Search Site

Anybody know of a Used boat search site that has a better search engine than Boattrader and has more listings than E-Bay. Boattrader has alot of sailboats but the search engine seems limited. It won't let me search for more specific kinds of sailboats like steel hull or cat rigged. It misses things too. I selected Hans Christian as boat type and it said no results for search. Then I found one while browsing! I don't want to look at every Hunter and O-day on the market just to find an occasional Pacific Sea Craft or Southern Cross that I find much more interesting.

craigslist: philadelphia classifieds for jobs, apartments, personals, for sale, services, community, and events or allofcraigs.com - Search ALL of Craigslist for smaller boats and good deals.

I think Boats for Sale, New and Used Boats and Yachts - YachtWorld.com is the most popular for boat listings of the kind you are looking for.

I think boattrader.com tries to compete but lags behind. When I first started looking for boats I ended up looking on boattrader before finding yachtworld. I guess they show up at the top of search results. I think many or all of the listings on boattrader are also listed on yachtworld. I'm not sure exactly how it works.

Check brokerages in larger sailing communities and cities near the water, and also local marinas. Most of them have websites with current listings.

My favorites are:

1) Yachtworld

2) Sailboat Listings

3) Sailing Texas (nationwide, not just Texas)

4) Craigslist
