I'm almost tempted to contact the bloke and find out what the story is.
He posted it in one town and now has cross posted it to several towns.

Maybe not a whole lot of interest in his deal.

You never know, someone just might take him up on it. They have a sailboat just floating around, don't want to pay slip fees anymore, good way to get rid of a boat. And there is no harm in asking. Wish the guy luck.
