C&C 30 MK1 EXCEL sheet needed for project

I have as some of you know, just picked up a 1981 C&C 30 MK1.

I need to go thru her completely and was wondering if you guys know if there are any EXCEL type sheets available out-there with systems checks. I can mussel thru making my own. I can even go from one end of the vessel to the other. But if there is one out there it would be of great help.
Thanks for all the advice yall have offered so far. This is a great board and a lot of good folks.
