Why are the Morgans so cheap

Is it my imagination or do the Morgans go for less money than lots of other boats.

A friend just bought this boat: 1983 Morgan Nelson Marek 364 Sail Boat For Sale - Boats for Sale, New and Used Boats and Yachts - YachtWorld.com

Is their something about the Morgan, quality, design, layout that keeps there price down or are they just a good deal?
