Does anyone have any idea how to get in touch with customer service at Sailnet or Marine.com?
I have called the number probably 50 times with never anyone answering, and have submitted several "Support Tickets" with no response.
Maybe if anyone from Sailnet reads this you could help me out.
I have an urgent need to talk to someone about a warranty issue on something I bought.
Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know if it's a problem with the phone system but it either says "you've reached us outside business hours" no matter when I call, or it rings and rings and says to leave a message online.
Call their local PD, ask if they've burned down or if there's a hostage situation, because no one at the business has answered the phone for a couple of days. They might even send a car by for a "welfare check" on the location.
Well I've given the holidays thing a good thought but the thing is I've run into that before with them.
Earlier last year I tried to call them (Sales) to ask a question about a VHF radio I wanted to buy but never got anyone, and I even tried the electronic way then too with no reply except the automated response.
Maybe it's just me...
