Cyclone is on a distinguished road
Capsizing too Often

Sailnet Group, Permission to come aboard? I am a new member to this group and I have a question about my new boat.... I recently picked up a Cyclone 13, I previously was sailing a sunfish, and I just sold a US Yacht 27. My question pertains to dingy sailing.... The Cyclone has a boom that while running tends to lift up at the clew and collapse the sail, which then results in an windward capsize after a death roll. because of the latten rig on the sunfish and the low profile sail plan this was never an issue. Can I rig something that will prevent the end of the boom from lifting any Laser sailors have experience with this??? Any advice or websites that might have rigging diagrams would be helpful. Cheers Cyclone
