Any of these vessels will be entering their third life, so anyone would be likely to expose you to similar cost senarios.
What the current owner has done to maintain and upgrade the boat, is king and should drive any decision. Look for the boat where a lot of work has been done, pay a premium for the benefit of the current owner's investments, and you are most likely minimize the expensive surprises.
The Tartan 37 is a particularly nice boat, in my opinion a cut about the Morgans, but gain, look for the package...
