Selling a House Barge in Boston

Hi All,
I am going to be selling my house barge, which is located in Boston Harbor this spring, and I'm trying to figure out where to post it... Does anyone know where/with whom I should post it? It was custom built, looks like a house dropped on a barge, and is all around pretty cool, but I'm moving out of state and don't want the liability when I can't check on it all the time. Would I post it with a realtor as a "condo" or with a boat broker?
