Some Bargain Cruising yachts

For anyone looking for a bargain cruising yacht ( we all know who...), it looks like Mass. Maritime apparently owns this sweetheart:

"WATERBORNE"
1992 Bennett Bros/S&S 48' contact Bennett Bros. Yachts, 910-443-7625

If your pockets are actually somewhat empty, then move on and consider this listing for a Cambria:

1984 Cambria 44/46 Sail Boat For Sale - www.yachtworld.com

I suppose that's what the boat on offer could look like eventually, but the pic and the boat listed are very different boats! Keel and rudder configurations are much different... Different versions, perhaps?

I use that yard and the Cambria would need the full Charlie Cobra

There are in fact two mid-40 foot gems there, sorry for the confusing presentation, one maybe a rough cut diamond, one still a piece of coal..

It's a shame the cambria has gotten to the state it's in. I took one to Bermuda years ago. Very fast and very seaworthy. I delivered the same boat from Westbook ct to Chatam w/ the owner in a strong northwest. We left westbrook in the afternoon and arrived in Chatam at sunrise. Very quick delivery.

Cambria's are very nice boats but I get the impression you could spent a lot of money on this one.
