Went To The Seattle Boat Show Today...with the GF.

Got to crawl around in all the new sailboats floating on Lake Union and all the exhibits up at The Clink...Got some neat ideas for the interior refit on my little boat and how to part with some $$$ I was just going to spend on food and other unnecessary bills anyway.

But best of all, the GF has finally caught the bug. Yesterday we had a beautiful daysail. We probably had the boat going as fast as she is capable without surfing behind a chute. Which segwayed nicely into today. She has been on her laptop all evening looking at charters and boat she wants to buy. She's turned into a crazy woman on the water...she's not happy unless we are washing the windows.

We have had the "sometimes there isn't time for please and thank you on a sailboat talk"...I do my best to explain why...but as a rules husbands can't teach wives anything...and if they try they are being A-holes.
