The build starts on my new ketch project

We started at around 49' LOA. My client couldn't decide whether he preferred an aft or a center cockpit. They both have advantages. I told him if he gave me another 10' of boat he could have both. He liked that idea.

Excellent work, Bob. Thanks for sharing. Any other specs (in addition to LOA) that you can give us? How about displacement, draft, and beam?

Congratulations Paul! That's a beautiful boat with some great reputations to keep her afloat (Perry and PSC). If you don't mind me asking, what are your general cruising plans for her when she's launched? Please look me up if you ever wander to the sweet waters of the Great Lakes...I'd love an in-person look.

Paul- Great looking boat, I love the pilothouse (actually I love the whole thing) and dual cockpits. You mentioned that a ketch with a large mizzen was a major priority for you, would you mind elaborating on that a bit?
