"Lines", by Olin Stephens gives his take on many of his designs. Many of them were done to different Meter rules or the IOR rule, however. International Marine published "Phillip L. Rhodes and his yacht designs"by Richard Henderson in 1981. It includes detailed descriptions of more than 40 or his boats, with background on the thought process behind each as well as pertinent racing results. Photos and line drawings abound. The Technical Committee of the Cruising Club of America has also written "Desirable and Undesirable Characteristics of Offshore Yachts" (W.W. Norton, 1987) which is of obvious interest.
