Test Results Dor-mor v. Mushroom?

Do any of you know the results of independent testing of the holding power of Dor-mor mooring anchors versus mushrooms? On the internet I see conflicting assertions -- for example, for comparable holding power the Dor-mor should be 20% larger than a mushroom or the Dor-mor has twice the holding power of the same size mushroom.

A claims representative for a major marine insurer told me that neither worked well when the wind turns. Only a helical screw is effective. Unfortunately I don't have that option available.
