Stamford, CT, Developer Seeks Marina Permit

This is not the former Brewer's Yacht Haven site.....different location.

Davenport Landing is a proposed residential community located on the West Branch of the Stamford Harbor off property located at 28 Southfield Avenue in Stamford. The new development will consist of buildings which will contain apartments as well as a small, 30-boat slip marina.

That looks like it might be pretty nice. It's no replacement for YH but it's something. There's definitely a need for slip space in that area. Now the questions is, will they have fuel available?
