What is the name of the company (in California?) that used to take C&C yachts and modify the interiors?

I don''t know if you mean Capital Yachts who built the Newport series. Capital bought tooling for a number of C&C designs and produced boats that were their own versions of these earlier designs. It is my understanding that lot more than just the interiors were altered from the way that the boats were originally constructed.
