These guys are part of a 'pay-your-way' round the world race, 10 identical 67 footers currently on a leg from SF to China. Must have been a hard smack with 3 of the 13 crew injured enough to need rescue..

Bummer to pay perhaps $10s of Ks to end up getting beat up like that... Hope this ends well.

67' is a pretty big boat. Not a good time of year in the north Pacific. I wonder what storm tactics they used?
