Who knows Jack, pretty sad.. those kids would have been saved.

Slave to their schedules ? Can't have passengers missing connecting flights?

All those fancy electronics, and captains dinners..let them forget where they are?

Next he'll be telling the press...that he thought they were pirates?

I heard this one on NPR this morning. One of the fisherman died later the same night. Its a sad story if true and criminal.

If I believed in hell, I'd be sure there was a special place there for this Carnival captain... What a poor excuse for a human being.

The most dangerous item on any vessel is a calendar.

Seems like they're using the clowns as captains of their ships.

The skipper of that one should share a cell with the Italian one. Manslaughter would be a good charge - multiple counts.

He claimed to be avoiding a fishing fleets nets...and that he thought they were waving at him in thanks. He can't even make up a good story!

I'm surprised he and the rest of the bridge crew didn't fall into a lifeboat.
