Getting there and back
My 28' S2 is at Marsh Harbor Abaco. I intend to sail from there to Eleuthras (Egg Island) and then on to Governors harbor and then to Powell Point (SW tip of Eleuthra) and then over to Staniel Cay and then to Georgetown. I am doing this with three friends. I will leave the boat at Georgetown or somewhere similar.

The problem is getting to Marsh Harbor and back from wherever I leave her.
Twin Air Calypso has twice daily flights to Marsh Harbor Round trip for $300 and I have not yet checked on one way.

Flights back from Georgetown to Ft Lauderdale are outrageous so we intend to maybe take the mail boat to Naussau and then another tiny airline to Fort Lauderdale as Twin Air does not fly to there.

A possibility is to take the mail boat from Naussau to Freeport and the Fast Ferry to Fort lauderdale.

I intend to leave om May 7 from Lauderdale and be back there on the 17th.
Does anybody know of ferries from naussau to Lauderdale?

Re: Getting there and back
I know this isn't an answer to the question you asked, but if you have any flexibility in your schedule I have booked flights between NAS and FLL for $125 one way. I thought that was about as inexpensive as flying could get.

Good luck.

Re: Getting there and back
Don't the booze cruise, gambling ships make port in Nassau on their way from Lauderdale?
No one way tickets? Expensive?
