Fogging Motors

Is it only boat motors that can be fogged for storage?

Fogging Motors

One would normaly fog a gas motor for winter storage ie mower, weedwacker, leafblower ect.
Not necessary for a deisel unless it is being stored for a very long period of time, like a year or more.
