What, other than the windlass needs repair now? Are you going to layup in the windwards to do a refit and then jump the pond?

A cruising cookbook really is a possibility for you guys. They are particularly effective when interspersed with small excerpts of a travel diary. You certainly have the photo work done. A chapter on international provisioning and storage and off you go.
