Swapping a Atom 4 to a Yanmar3TNE74c-EMG

I have a1977 Cat 27 , and will be replacing the 4 with this 3 cyc yanamr i bought the other day. This is a 2003 , couple of boats caught fire at the Edmonds marina, and this was salvaged.. This thing is SUPER clean,. missing a few parts that i need to trac k down..alt//stater..and a heat exchanger. They bent the throttle rod on the pump pulling it is the worst part... now i am wondering how the bolting up to the reduction gears that are there will go... any pointers will be appreciated... Paul
