Re: Daddy-O's Home!

Wow... too much to tell quickly. It is a long story that is still unravelling. Give me a bit of time and I will catch everyone up with pics too.

So you are the "Last Man Standing?" I chuckled at that.

Saw you are racing too. I have not done that race. Third place? Great! With all the sage advice you get on SN I am surprised you didn't place first. Course, you would have had: 3 life rafts, 18 extra lifejackets, two radars with 12 handheld backups and batteries, a SSB, AIS in every cabin, 5000 feet of 1" anchor, a Manson anchor, a delta anchor, a Rocna (not to be kept in the same anchor locker as the Manson as they will deteriorate each other), several drogues, three or four different radar reflectors (incl tin hat to be worn by all crew), an old shoe, no a new modern boat, no an old shoe, no wait... nevermind. Just NEVERMIND!

On second thought, its a good thing you didn't take all the advice on SN or you would still be tied to the docks awaiting Coast Guard rescue!!

Bwahaha!

Hey! You need to borrow my glasses you bastard!

We took FIRST PLACE (in class) in the return race from Freeport...which was the officially scored leg! The 3rd place (overall) was for the open PHRF run to Freeport.

So, yeah, we sailed the hell out of that old shoe - even besting all the J-Boats, Beneteaus, a Saga, MacGregor 65, AND A CATALINA 40!!

Anyway, I look forward to hearing more about everything's that's going on with you dude.

Seriously, welcome back.

Re: Daddy-O's Home!

ummm, now why would I want my avatar to be a fat bulldog? My CUTE cavalier pirate puppy is fine by me!

I'm still trying to figure out who "daddy-o" is?

Let me rephrase: New avatar with my fat bulldog eating your cute little dog. You don't think this is a democracy, do you? You think that is bad, you oughta see what I do to TDW...
