In The Lesser Antilles

We are relaxing in the anchorage off Terre le Haut, Les Saintes, Guadeloupe, and I have just added a new blog post: In The Lesser Antilles

Les Saintes is one of our absolute favourite anchorages.. beautiful setting, good holding, quaint village and the hike to Ft Napoleon is a good one, thinking about all that 'construction' before the days of cranes, trucks, etc... Intriguing airport, esp the approach...

Hey Faster, do you charter when you go to L S and if so you do you use?

No we don't... we have the enviable situation of good friends who 'winter' each year between Carriacou and Antigua, with an essentially open invitation to join them when we like.

Over 4 or 5 such visits we've been able to do most of the chain between Grenada and St Maarten, including the hard-to-visit spots like Saba and Barbuda -and surfing the Bequia Channel at double digit speeds on their Bene 36.7!
