Is anyone going to Strictly Sail Chicago? We have never been to a boat show, tried to go last year, and ARE going this year. Looking for any comments or information.

Welch,
I go, with my first mate, every year. I think it''s a great boat show and especially enjoy the excellent forums. One of the neat things about the Strictly Sail shows is that they are geared to sailors, not so much power boat stuff. Perhaps we''ll see you there. Look for an aging bald headed guy!! That''ll be me!! Enjoy yourself while you''re there.

I''ll be there, look for a handsome, full head of hair, fit as a fiddle guy with a beautiful brunet on his arm.

Denr,
If the brunette is good looking please find out for me if she likes aging bald-headed men!! Hope to see you there!

Looking forward to meeting everyone. We are taking Amtrak from Quincy, IL and staying at ''The Fairmont''. Is it better to order show tickets ahead of time or purchase them at the door?

Welch,
In the past tickets were cheaper if purchased in advance. I assume it is the same this year. Also, I don''t think two-day tickets were available at the door, but I''m not certain about that.
